Guests have private access to the entire unit, including the main floor, finished basement, projector room, laundry area, and outdoor areas associated with the property. There are no shared indoor spaces. The only area not available to guests is the locked housekeeping supply cabinet.

The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has queen-size bunk beds, making the space well suited for families, coworkers, and extended stays. This reservation includes two parking spaces, and guests must keep both vehicles within their unit’s designated portion of the driveway. The finished basement provides additional space to relax and includes the projector area. Like many lower-level spaces, it may feel cooler than the main floor during colder weather. Space heaters and an electric LED fireplace that produces heat are provided for added comfort.

Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests may be at the property, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
