Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire one-bedroom apartment, including the kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, in-unit laundry, and private balcony. The apartment has its own entrance and there are no shared indoor spaces. Street parking is free and generally available directly in front of the building.

This fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment is located in a city recognized historic building in the Benton Park neighborhood. Comfortable and thoughtfully designed for extended stays, the apartment has become a favorite for many returning guests. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown St. Louis, the apartment is a short drive from Soulard, Busch Stadium, and many major medical centers, while also being within walking distance of local favorites including Gus’ Pretzels, The Mud House, and the Anheuser Busch Brewery. The apartment sits on DeMenil Place, a mature tree lined residential street known locally as “Mansion Row” for its collection of historic homes and preserved architecture dating back to the 1800s. Guests enjoy a private entrance and exclusive use of the apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, in unit laundry, dedicated workspace, private balcony, and Roku TV for streaming personal apps. The bedroom includes room darkening blinds and curtains to support restful sleep, whether you are visiting for work, travel, or longer stays. The property is pet friendly and located in a highly walkable residential area where neighbors are often out walking dogs and enjoying the neighborhood. Dining, coffee shops, and local spots are all nearby. Secure building access and convenient highway connections make it easy to explore downtown St. Louis and surrounding neighborhoods. Free street parking is available directly in front of the building and is typical for the neighborhood.

Other Details to Note

The apartment is located in a historic residential neighborhood with long-term residents and neighborhood activity typical of an urban setting. The nearby Lemp Mansion, located on the same street, also operates as a wedding and event venue and may occasionally host evening events. Free Street Parking. Street parking is available on this quiet residential block and is typical for the Benton Park neighborhood and the historically protected street the property sits on. Street sweeping the AM of the 3rd Friday and last Monday of each month. We recommend using Utah Street or nearby unrestricted areas on those days to avoid tickets. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies. Any evidence of smoking, including odors, may result in additional cleaning charges. Pets are welcome with advance disclosure and the applicable nonrefundable pet fee. A maximum of two pets is permitted per reservation. All pets must be included on the reservation before arrival. A separate $250 refundable pet deposit is required for pet-friendly stays. Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated, must remain off furniture and beds, and must be cleaned up after both inside and outside the property. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, odors, stains, waste, or cleaning beyond normal turnover.
