The home is located in a residential St. Ann neighborhood directly across from a community park. The area offers convenient access to restaurants, shopping, major highways, and everyday essentials. St. Louis Lambert International Airport is approximately 5 minutes away, while Downtown St. Louis, the Gateway Arch, and many major attractions are generally about 20–25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. The property is on a through street rather than a quiet cul-de-sac, so guests may hear normal neighborhood and passing traffic noise, particularly during busier daytime hours.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire three-bedroom unit, including the main living areas, all bedrooms, the finished basement, projector room, laundry area, and outdoor areas associated with the property. There are no shared indoor spaces. The only areas not available to guests are locked housekeeping or owner supply areas. The driveway and exterior areas are shared with the neighboring unit.

This is a fully private three-bedroom unit within a two-unit property. Guests have a separate entrance and exclusive use of the entire home, including the main living areas, finished basement, projector room, and in-unit laundry. There are no shared indoor spaces. The sleeping arrangements include: • Primary bedroom with a king bed • Second bedroom with a queen bed • Third bedroom with queen-size bunk beds The home also includes a full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, 65-inch Roku TV, and additional entertainment space in the finished basement. The parking area is shared between the two units and has four spaces total. This reservation includes two parking spaces.

Other Details to Note

Although the home is completely private, the driveway and exterior areas are shared with the neighboring unit. Each unit is allocated two parking spaces. Please keep both vehicles within your unit’s designated portion of the parking area and do not block or occupy the neighboring unit’s spaces. Parking on the grass is not permitted. Pets are welcome with advance disclosure and the applicable nonrefundable pet fee. A maximum of two pets is permitted per reservation. All pets must be included on the reservation before arrival. A separate $250 refundable pet deposit is required for pet-friendly stays. Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated, must remain off furniture and beds, and must be cleaned up after both inside and outside the property. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, odors, stains, waste, or cleaning beyond normal turnover. Only registered guests may be at the property, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
